Job Overview
Butler Sourcing is a small company that specializes in producing promotional products that are sourced from China.

What We are Looking For ?
-Someone that can relocate to our China office for at least 6 months to 1 year. However, for the right candidate it may be possible to work with them remotely with quarterly visits.
-Someone that has experience with and does not mind working in a design environment that primarily focuses on more simple products such as caps, t-shirts, bags, iphone cases, etc
-The project is a startup project so the person must be motivated and hardworking.
-Management experience or at least natural leadership abilities as the position will eventually require that you lead a team of fashion and consumer products designers.

Hard Skills  
Experience is extremely important, and any resume submission should be submitted along with the candidates portfolio.

Job Description
-In the first 6 months the primary focus of the job will be to design our basic line of products which will include t-shirts, bags, caps, iphone cases, jeans, jackets, etc…
-To work with our graphic designer on creating an aesthetically pleasing web interface that matches the ideals of the company.
-To consult our company on the basics of fashion.  Our company has experience in the OEM side of fashion and production, but basically no experience in actual product design.
